Engineering Analyst - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Mr. Rosken is a forensic engineering analyst who investigates and reconstructs motor-vehicle accidents, premises related incidents, and industrial workplace accidents. In the field, he conducts vehicle and roadway inspections, retrieves and interprets vehicle event data recorder (EDR) information, and utilizes 3D scanning devices and drones to document and preserve critical evidence. He assists the engineering team in developing objective findings in their accident reconstruction analyses by providing in-depth research, engineering testing, and applying photogrammetry for video and photographic evidence analyses.

Mr. Rosken earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with Honors, and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Florida, where he also served as a teaching assistant for a number of undergraduate engineering courses. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Florida and is actively involved in forensic engineering continuing education.

His prior experience includes engineering roles in the space and marine industries. While still in university, he co-founded a startup company that developed an AI-enabled prosthetic arm that advanced to the University of Florida Big Idea Competition semifinals.
