Mr. Navarro is a licensed Professional Engineer and Board-Certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering who practices in the field of Accident Reconstruction. Over the past decade-plus, he has investigated over two thousand accidents and incidents, including automobile accidents and a variety of premises related incidents. He has offered expert witness testimony by way of deposition and trial.

Mr. Navarro is a fully accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist and certified Road Safety Professional and has reconstructed over one thousand eight hundred motor vehicle accidents involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, buses, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, industrial vehicles, forklifts, bicycles, pedestrians, and more. He has advanced training in human factors related to vehicle drivers, work zone traffic control, imaging EDR “black box” data from vehicles, and collection/preservation of evidence. He holds a motorcycle endorsement and forklift operator certification.

Mr. Navarro has performed over three hundred investigations into premises related incidents, including slips/trips and falls and various fatal accidents. He holds certification in the field of walkway safety in tribometry (the science of surface friction measurement) and walkway auditing. From previous professional experience conducting property condition assessments, he has knowledge of building codes, accessibility codes, safety codes, and industry standards that relate to various properties.
